Dar al tiraz is at your disposal to meet your demands in terms of quality and to provide you unique fabrics, born from a savoir-faire which had disappeared from Fez more than one century ago and that we aim at reviving.
O U R F A B R I C S
They are silk lampases, woven on draw looms that we have built with materials and techniques of the olden times. Each draw loom is activated by two craftsmen (a weaver and a draw man). They produce some 40 cm of cloth per day.
Width: 70 cm
Thickness: depends on the number of wefts (number of colors of the drawings) and on whether the fabric is pasted or not.
Y O U R O R D E R
If you choose a fabric in our collection, you can order it in the colors of your choice.
We can create new patterns on demand, in which case we can make them exclusive.
The prices of our fabrics depend on the following:
– the thread used (either natural silk or synthetic silk);
– the complexity of the pattern ;
– the novelty or not of the pattern ;
– the exclusiveness or not ;
– the amount ordered.
